In this role, you will: Develop next-generation contact center technology that allows businesses to set up cloud-based communication systems in minutes. Utilize cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and various AWS services such as Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda, to enhance customer experiences. Work on complex engineering challenges while innovating and delivering scalable, resilient systems that focus on customer needs. Collaborate closely with senior technical leaders, handling code ownership from design through development. Key Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scalability. Proficient in at least one programming language. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle.
