In this role, you will: Develop next-generation contact center technology that allows businesses to set up cloud-based communication systems in minutes. Utilize cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and various AWS services such as Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda, to enhance customer experiences. Work on complex engineering challenges while innovating and delivering scalable, resilient systems that focus on customer needs. Collaborate closely with senior technical leaders, handling code ownership from design through development.
