American Traveler is seeking a Telemetry RN with at least one year of experience, Epic proficiency, and both BLS and ACLS certifications for rotating day and night shifts.Job Details•Work in an acute care hospital on a Telemetry unit,•Assignment is 13 weeks, consisting of 7 weeks of night shifts followed by 6 weeks of day shifts,•Shifts are 3x12s from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am and 7:00 am to 7:30 pm,•Patient ratio is 1:5,•Every other weekend is required,•Floating to like units or sister facilities may be required,•Epic is used for charting, experience required,•White or royal blue scrubs are required,Job Requirements•Active SC or multistate compact RN license; license must be in hand before start,•Minimum of 1 year recent telemetry nursing experience,•Current AHA certifications: BLS and ACLS,•Preferred certification: NIHSS,•Epic EMR experience required,•Experience with a 1:5 patient ratio required,•Accepts first-time travelers,•Must provide SSN and driver's license for consideration,•Candidates who were permanent or PRN staff must have been separated from the health system for at least 1 year,•Local candidates must reside over 60 miles away to qualify for travel pay,Additional Information•Responsible for monitoring and caring for telemetry patients,•No on-call responsibilities for this assignment,•Parking is available at no cost with a parking pass distributed at badge pickup,•All required onboarding modules must be completed prior to start,•During hurricane season (June through November), participation in emergency response teams may be required,•Block scheduling is not guaranteed and requires manager approval,•All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted before confirmation and approvals are subject to facility needs,),•hash,:•17272614711559287387,
