Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with strong scrub and circulate skills, including neuro, spine, and ortho experience.Job Details•Work in the Operating Room of a hospital setting,•Patient population includes surgical cases with a focus on neuro, spine, and orthopedic procedures,•Rotating 10-hour shifts with start times at 7am, 9:30am, 11am, or 1pm based on unit needs,•Call required at least one weekend per month with a 30-minute report time,•Weekend, holiday, and call coverage required,•Floating may be required to other departments or facilities within a 30-mile radius based on clinical competence,Job Requirements•Active RN license required and copy of NURSYS report,•Must apply for CT RN license within 24 hours of offer if not already held,•4-5 years of Operating Room RN experience or equivalent combined experience required,•Demonstrated independent experience in both scrub and circulate roles for neuro, spine, and ortho surgeries,•BLS certification required,•COVID and flu vaccination required, with medical and religious declinations allowed,Additional Information•Ability to independently scrub and circulate for complex neuro, spine, and orthopedic procedures is required,•Mandatory overtime may be assigned as needed to ensure unit coverage,•No block scheduling is permitted for this position,•All requested time off must be submitted during application,•No holiday RTO (time off) is allowed,•Locals within 75 miles are accepted at a lower travel bill rate,),•hash,:•2702133503644761980,
