Role Overview: We seek a strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth in the renovation sector. You’ll develop data-driven campaigns to generate high-quality leads, build brand authority, and position us as the top choice for residential/commercial renovation projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Planning: Develop annual marketing plans targeting renovation clients (kitchen/bathroom, extensions, etc.). Identify key audiences (homeowners, contractors, designers). 2. Digital Marketing: Manage SEO/SEM (keywords: “home renovation,” “kitchen remodel,” etc.). Oversee social media (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, RedNote, Facebook) showcasing before/after projects. 3. Content Creation: Lead blog/video content on renovation trends, costs, and tips. Create compelling case studies and client testimonials. 4. Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across proposals, site signage, and trade shows (e.g., home expos). 5. Partnerships: Collaborate with architects, designers, and suppliers for referral networks. 6. Analytics: Report on KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rate, project value). Adjust strategies based on data. Requirements: 1. Experience: 3+ years in marketing (local/oversea), with 3+ years in home improvement, construction, or renovation. 2. Digital Expertise: Proven success in SEO, SEM, social ads (Meta, Houzz, Google Ads), and email marketing. 3. Portfolio: Samples of campaigns driving leads/sales in renovation or related fields. 4. Tools: Proficiency in CRM, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Suite, CAD, CMS (WordPress). 5. Analytics: Ability to interpret data to refine campaigns and budgets. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Houzz Pro, BuilderTrend, or similar industry tools. - Knowledge of local permitting processes/renovation regulations. - Photography/video skills for capturing project transformations. - Bilingual in
