Position : Lead User Researcher (UX Designer) Location : Secaucus, NJ (Remote Work from Home) Duration : 12+ Months Contract Job Description : The Lead User Researcher will be responsible for planning and executing user research studies to inform, evaluate, and validate client digital products and solutions. You will help establish best practices, mentor other researchers, and oversee the planning and conducting of generative and evaluative user research studies. Your role will be crucial in helping design and product teams inform and test digital experiences for clients' customers and employees. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of a broad range of research methodologies and techniques, with a proven track record of translating research insights into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities : Collaborate with designers, product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand and propose appropriate research methods to gain insights. Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the research team adopts best practices, standards, and techniques. Synthesize data and create comprehensive reports that communicate research findings and insights to clients, partners, and executives. Plan and develop research programs for long-term initiatives, from discovery to post-development testing. Partner with UX leads for stakeholder alignment during early project phases. Collaborate with market research, customer experience, and analytics teams on research approaches. Promote the importance of research and strategy in product development. Introduce new methodologies and tools to evolve the User Research practice. Qualifications : Minimum 7 years of experience in design research. At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale projects. Minimum 2 years managing a team of UX researchers. Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related fields. Minimum 2 years in an enterprise environment. Proven knowledge of research methods. Understanding of product design and development processes. Excellent knowledge of digital technologies. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, Web Design, Design Thinking, Design Strategy, or related fields. Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to gain alignment and defend research findings and recommendations. Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Travel Required :
