Summary: Driven by our rapid growth, Meta is seeking to leverage the efficiency gained by optimizing our AI, compute, storage and network platforms for our data centers. Our platform team is industry-leading in efficiency, throughput, scalability, reliability, and intelligence. We are looking for a Signal Integrity Engineer to support the development of Meta’s platforms and help shape the next generation of systems for our massively scalable data centers. Required Skills: Signal Integrity Engineer Responsibilities: Lead platform-level signal integrity work, including design, validation, and test methodologies at the platform, board, and ASIC levels with our silicon and manufacturing partners

Align and drive external ecosystem needs with suppliers and partners

participate in external forums such as OIF and IETF to represent Meta’s interests in next-generation platform technologies

Develop and improve system-level SI models, implementation, and validation for complex high-speed links (224Gbps+, PCIe Gen6+, and other interfaces) in collaboration with internal and external partners and suppliers

Work in a collaborative environment across Meta, with system suppliers and ASIC suppliers, to drive Meta's requirements for development, planning, operation, and fleet deployment

Participate in projects from concept through production, including design, debugging, and validation

Support manufacturing and engineering builds to enable high-volume production

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering,Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Extensive industry experience with signal integrity

Proven track record of delivering high-performance platforms, boards, and ASICs from concept to production

Experience in technical and leadership presentations, with the ability to guide and influence internal and external partners

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in signal integrity and high-speed design with 224Gbps+ signals

Experience with signal integrity modeling and simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, ADS)

Experience with signal integrity analysis tools (e.g., HSPICE, Sigrity)

Hands-on lab experience with TDR, VNA, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes

Familiarity with standards bodies such as OIF and IETF, and experience with ecosystem development through MSAs

Knowledge of optical components and end-to-end electrical/optical channels

Programming experience in test and measurement automation and/or simulation

Proficiency with Linux or other embedded environments

Public Compensation: $204,000/year to $281,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
