Responsibilities:
Support in the purchasing of goods and services for Opex.
Effectively execute the relevant S&P steps in the P2P process (Request, Approve, Order, Expedite, Receive) to ensure timely delivery of the right service/product.
Utilize the supporting ERP system effectively. Serve as a key user for the OCS system.
Contribute to the proper implementation and follow-up of procurement contracts.
Manage contract administration activities, including ensuring visibility and availability of contracts, managing updates, and monitoring contract end dates.
Assist the Manager S&P in managing the supplier base, including periodic supplier performance measurement and document management within the Supplier Management Program.
Support the measurement and analysis of process performance and results using global and local KPIs (e.g., P2P, savings, contractor safety).
Participate in discussions and provide recommendations to improve performance.
Develop, utilize, and promote S&P technology and systems for P2P and reporting to facilitate decision-making.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager S&P.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant purchasing experience.
Preferably experience with ERP systems.
Quantity Surveying background is preferred.
