Senior Architect, MRT/Rail (Up to S$8500)

Responsibilities: Specialised in railway, infrastructure or MRT projects. To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities' requirements and standards. Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results. Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems. Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes. Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements. Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members. Requirements: Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore. Registered Architect by BOA will be an advantage. Minimum 9-10 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
