BIM Manager, Architectural (Up to S$7500)

Responsibilities Lead and assist with implementation of BIM management for projects Liaise and coordinate effectively with Clients, Consultants and project team Conduct BIM coordination meetings Review and assess the quality of BIM models Ensure projects are in accordance to BIM guidelines and comply with authority requirements Support and work closely with project team in creation and project delivery Develop and manage processes, implementation in creation and delivery of BIM execution plans Assist in maintaining BIM standards and workflow accordingly Provide guidance/training and mentorship to architects and team Requirements Degree in Architecture or equivalent Specialist Diploma in BIM preferred Minimum 5 years experience in BIM project implementation Good proven track record with leadership abilities Proficient in Singapore BIM standard and experience in authority submissions Interested and suitable candidate kindly click quick apply.
