Field Engineer [Semiconductor Equipment | Cleanroom | Up to $5k ]

[Job ID: 1017738] Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and systems, including computer systems, complex software, and networked or wireless systems. Perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, repairs, part overhauls, and continuous improvement activities. Serve as the company liaison with customers on technical and administrative project matters. Coordinate logistics and communicate with customers regarding equipment and site arrangements. Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide timely solutions. Monitor equipment performance and provide regular service reports and feedback. Report recurring customer issues to management for proactive resolution. Requirements: Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or Diploma in the same fields with 2–3 years of related experience.
