ServiceTitan is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Lead Business Analyst to join our Corporate Engineering team. Focused on Sales initiatives (Salesforce Sales Cloud), this role partners with sales leaders to develop and scale sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, critical thinker, with a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and sales technology, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties :
Lead efforts to streamline and automate sales processes. Utilize expertise in sales systems, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making to solve complex challenges and deliver scalable solutions. Partner with sales leaders to define and champion the business vision and roadmap for sales platforms and tools. Review, assess, and improve enterprise and corporate sales processes, translating strategic objectives into actionable requirements and user stories for timely delivery of solutions. Collaborate on key projects, including the Fintech Sales Process and migration of Green business into ServiceTitan processes. Define and monitor KPIs relevant to sales initiatives to evaluate success and inform continuous improvement. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. Analyze and document current and future sales workflows using process mapping to identify efficiencies. Prioritize and manage a backlog of sales process improvements, ensuring alignment with sales strategy. Manage ad-hoc and BAU requests from sales stakeholders, evaluating priorities and providing solution options. Gather user feedback and analyze post-launch data to inform ongoing enhancements and adoption. What You’ll Need :
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or related. 7+ years of experience supporting sales operations or product management in SaaS, with understanding of the customer journey. Experience in process mapping, writing user stories, documenting requirements, and leading UAT. Deep knowledge of sales systems, especially Salesforce Sales Cloud and related clouds, with ability to perform basic configurations. Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a plus. Excellent communication skills to explain complex problems to stakeholders. Strong project management and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions. Data literacy and experience with sales analytics tools. Understanding of system integrations within sales tech stack. Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Self-starter with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
