Experience of handling legacy and complex applications 7 Years Coordinate with System Administrators and Infrastructure Teams to Install Applications / Software Data centers, backups etc. Working with onsite and offshore teams , system alerts, monitoring, etc. Environment setup and release management as per Block point requirement Disaster recovery Admin experience of passwords , permissions Customer feedback survey Manages and monitor system performance. proactively monitor the Platform to ensure secure services with minimum downtime Sets up and maintains documentation and standards Performance analysis and tuning , Best practices implemented on current system L2 / L3 ticket support Troubleshooting and Issue resolution within SLA.
