9th/10th Post-Secondary Counselor + Junior Achievement Instructor

Position:

As a CAST (College and Alumni Support Team) member, this person is responsible for curriculum development of the 7th and 8th Grade Junior Achievement Program and developing postsecondary exposure opportunities and programs for 7th through 10th graders, including Summer Growth Experience (SGE) opportunities. This person leads and manages the implementation of the SGE program for 8th, 9th, and 10th graders. The SGE program is vital for high school students' exposure and mindset development and requires a visionary, detail-oriented approach.
Along with leading our SGE program, this person will serve as the 9th & 10th grade student post-secondary counselor. Responsibilities include quarterly, in-person meetings with all 9th & 10th grade students and their parents/guardians, as well as developing and executing monthly instruction focused on the fundamentals and skills of postsecondary success, including GPA management, transcripts, and post-secondary pathways.
