As an Executive Assistant you will support the day-to-day administrative functions for the office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Ryman Hospitality Properties (RHP). You will serve as the first point of contact for multiple internal and external parties by handling a wide variety of situations involving the clerical functions of the office. As the ideal candidate you have a passion for getting things right, exceptional attention to detail, proactive leadership, and polished stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners. Reports to EVP & Chief Financial Officer. Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CFO, according to priority. Anticipate and prepare required materials for appointments, meetings, conferences, etc. Collaborate across departments to coordinate logistics for meetings and events involving senior leadership, banking partners, analysts, and other external stakeholders. Prepare expense reports and invoices for senior leaders of accounting, tax, finance and investor relations. Monitor incoming calls and inquiries from banking partners, investors, and analysts. Route inquiries appropriately and ensure timely follow-up. May require after-hours support. Schedule analyst / investor meetings, manage communications, and help execute logistics for events such as investor days, conference calls, and roadshows to support investor relations operations. Coordinate with General Counsel and Controller to distribute materials for select Board of Director committee meetings. Manage distribution of quarterly earnings release materials and ad hoc investor presentations as directed. Assist in maintaining and updating the company's IR website, including the accurate and timely posting of earnings release transcripts, webcast links and other schedules. Create, prepare, and distribute information as requested. Coordinate collection and preparation of reports. Handle various situations involving the office's clerical and administrative functions. Perform general office duties in the CFO's absence. Ensure requests and information are promptly relayed to the appropriate staff member. Perform other duties as assigned. Education High school diploma required Degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience 5+ years' administrative experience, preferably at the executive level Project coordination and event planning experience required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; clear, confident, and professional communication, effective with external stakeholders and collaborative across internal teams Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent workstreams while meeting critical deadlines Anticipates needs and takes ownership and initiative to prevent avoidable issues Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Basic proficiency with office hardware, e.g., copiers, phones, and computer peripherals Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe PDF, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Physical Requirements Speak and hear to communicate and use both near and far vision. Frequently sit with some walking and standing. Occasionally lift / carry up to 5 lbs. Continual use of manual dexterity for tasks such as using a computer.
