Position Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for PGS. This role will work closely with hiring managers and operations partners to understand staffing needs, develop pipelines, and ensure a top-notch candidate experience. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities:
Screen resumes, applications, and licensure to assess initial fit. Conduct phone screens with candidates as the first step in the interview process. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring manager. Prepare and extend offers of employment for selected candidates. Provide a strong candidate experience throughout the full cycle recruitment process. Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including but not limited to job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future job opportunities. Proficiently utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to recruiting. Maintain a high level of integrity to ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process. Introduce new creative ideas to encourage growth for the team. Occasional travel for recruiting related events may be required. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1+ years of Recruiting experience. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Experience working in a customer-facing environment. Strong attention to detail and precision. Proficiency in using MS Office applications. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaborate with diverse, cross functional teams. Strong analytical skills for interpreting data related to recruiting.
Typical Physical Demands
This position requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, computer, and other office equipment is also required. Must have normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
