Digital Growth Manager – SEO/SEM Lead

to work

onsite

at our

Tampa office

. you’ll becomeresponsible for building and executing a full-funnel organic and paid search strategy to increase online wholesale orders, especially from our regional Tampa market.

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution

: Own the full SEO roadmap — from technical optimization and site audits to content planning, keyword research, link-building, and local SEO. SEM Campaigns

: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta campaigns to drive high-intent traffic and wholesale conversions E-Commerce Funnel Optimization

: Analyze and improve user journeys, reduce drop-off rates, and increase conversion rates throughout the digital sales funnel Analytics & Performance Reporting

: Track, measure, and report on all key KPIs using GA4, Google Search Console, and paid media platforms. Landing Page & Content Optimization

: Create and test SEO-friendly landing pages, product descriptions, and promotional content that convert. Regional Growth Focus

: Develop digital strategies specifically aimed at increasing wholesale orders from the South Florida and West Palm Beach markets. Collaborative Execution

: Work closely with the onsite sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align digital strategy with overall business goals. Competitor Research

: Monitor search trends, competitor rankings, and ad strategy to stay ahead in a highly competitive industry. Email & Retargeting Campaigns

: Support customer retention and re-engagement through email marketing and retargeting ad strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years of

hands-on SEO/SEM experience

in high-growth e-commerce or B2B environments. Proven track record of increasing

organic traffic and paid ad ROI

. Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GSC, and keyword planning tools. Experience with

e-commerce platforms

(WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.). Strong analytical mindset — able to draw actionable insights from data. Entrepreneurial attitude with a bias toward execution and ownership. Must be

available to work onsite full-time

in Tampa, FL. Experience in wholesale, B2B, or the vape/convenience industry is a major plus. Employment Type Full-time Onsite (Tampa, FL) Monday to Friday Why Southern Wholesale?
