We’re looking for a
creative and hands-on Marketing Assistant (Content & Ads)
to support our marketing efforts across digital platforms. You’ll assist in developing engaging content, managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, and supporting media-related initiatives such as live shows and branded content. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management Assist in creating content for social media, websites, and digital platforms Coordinate with designers and vendors on visual assets (photos, videos, graphics) Support scripting, shooting, and editing of short-form content Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Support the setup and management of Meta ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager Monitor and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.) Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance data Help with targeting, A/B testing, and budget tracking Show & Campaign Coordination Assist in planning and executing live shows and branded campaigns Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution Manage scheduling and provide support during live/recorded content Track and compile performance and engagement metrics Requirements 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles preferred. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) A good understanding of content creation and social media trends Basic editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Creative, resourceful, and digitally savvy Bonus Points Experience with TikTok or YouTube content Involvement in event or live show coordination Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid media platforms If you're passionate about digital content and excited to grow your marketing skills, we’d love to hear from you.
