SALES: Ability to walk in on day one and close over 50% of leads. LEADERSHIP: Be a proactive leader, hold weekly 1-on-1 and staff meetings, hold staff accountable, and lead team growth. Must handle pressure confidently. FINANCE: Manage the facility P&L, review budgets monthly with ownership, and handle financial responsibilities. This General Manager Can Expect:
To join a fun team that works hard and plays hard. To facilitate weekly staff meetings focused on key data and motivating the team to take action. To be accountable for financial performance, including revenue, overhead, and COGS. Maintain a professional and welcoming experience for every visitor, including professional athletes. Responsibilities
Serve as a key contact for members, focusing on delivering the D1 customer experience. Duties include:
Member progress check-ins Setting up new memberships in the POS system Processing payments Providing front desk sales and information Assisting with special events Managing all sales Qualifications
Associate Degree 3 years of management experience Excellent sales skills and a love for selling Knowledge of gym and retail operations Positive, energetic, and proactive personality Commitment to being the first in and last out, demonstrating leadership
