Litigation / Labor & Employment Attorney

for its Newport Beach office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of civil litigation experience in California courts, with additional experience in financial services litigation, creditors’ rights, or labor and employment law. This is a partnership-track opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits. Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil litigation across California courts Handle labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment Manage cases from investigation to trial or settlement Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents Advise on employment law compliance and workplace disputes Participate in client meetings, strategy, and negotiations Collaborate with legal teams on multi-practice matters Requirements

Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience in California Knowledge of California court procedures and employment litigation Experience in financial services litigation or creditors’ rights is a plus Ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines Education & Certifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school Active California law license Skills
