ABOUT THE POSITION We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager to lead product development for Accounting & Finance systems—specifically focused on audit, payment, invoicing, and ERP platforms that are tightly integrated with our proprietary Transportation Management System (TMS). In this role, you’ll be responsible for modernizing and scaling finance and back-office technology to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient financial operations. You’ll work closely with Accounting, Finance, Technology, and Operations stakeholders to design and deliver tools that improve financial visibility, reduce manual effort, and enable scalable growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Own the product roadmap for accounting and finance systems—including audit, invoicing, payments, and ERP—tightly integrated with our TMS Deliver intuitive tools that reduce manual effort and improve billing accuracy, time to invoice, payment processing speed, reconciliation, and overall error rates Lead the full product development lifecycle: sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and timely delivery of high-quality solutions Improve integration between ERP and operational systems to enhance financial visibility and reporting Champion automation and self-service functionality to increase scalability and reduce overhead Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and cross-team communication to ensure smooth deployment Stay current on industry trends in fintech, logistics accounting, ERP systems, and compliance Define scope and deliver high-impact features with a bias for fast iteration and learning Align product execution with business value by engaging stakeholders early and often Translate user insights into clear, actionable product requirements Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to define specifications and user stories JOB REQUIREMENTS 3-5+ years of experience in product management in fintech and/or accounting and finance systems Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required Experience in freight brokerage or third-party logistics (3PL) is a major plus KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Demonstrated success delivering financial, ERP, or payment products with strong cross-functional alignment Familiarity with ERP systems, invoicing workflows, payment processing tools, and audit controls Excellent analytical, prioritization, and communication skills Ability to simplify complex financial processes into intuitive digital solutions Strong decision-making skills and the ability to make smart tradeoffs in fast-paced environments Clear and confident communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders High emotional intelligence; skilled at stakeholder management, team collaboration, and cultivating a strong product culture Must reside in Reno, NV or be willing to relocate to Reno, NV Apply for this job
