Senior Facilities Engineer

Safety
· Provide support in maintaining site safety, health, and environmental programs and systems.
· Adhere to SHE rules and regulations at all times.
· Demonstrate proactive safety behavior; lead by example to foster a positive and transparent EHS culture within the JLL team on site.
· Perform 5S in the area.
· Ensure all regulatory, JLL, and client safety standards are met for all work aspects.
· Ensure EHS devices (PPE, LOTO devices, etc.) are in place.
· Report and share near misses, incidents, and best practices proactively.
· Support accident and injury investigations.
· Ensure risk assessments and method statements are prepared for all tasks.
· Identify safety hazards and risks at the client site and mitigate them according to best safety practices.
· Conduct regular EHS self-inspections and take corrective actions as needed.
· Complete all required EHS training and maintain records for audits.
Quality Management System
· Adhere to cGMPs at all times when working on site.
· Practice good sanitation and health habits.
· Follow governing SOPs and quality policies (JLL or client-specific).
· Report and share quality issues, incidents, and best practices proactively.
· Complete all quality training as scheduled.
· Support GMP incident root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
· Maintain up-to-date infrastructure and compliance documentation (maintenance logs, drawings, diagrams).
· Document all Work Order activities timely.
· Ensure subcontractors understand compliance requirements such as GxP and Change Control.
Business and Client Engagement
· Develop strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.
· Maintain a customer-focused approach in all activities.
· Communicate proactively with clients and provide solutions for onsite issues.
· Hold periodic meetings with clients and provide feedback on operations and maintenance.
Compliance
· Act as a visible advocate for compliance issues, reinforcing the Code of Ethics and JLL values.
· Ensure all regulatory, JLL, and client policies, standards, and procedures are followed.
· Complete all mandatory compliance training for JLL and the client.
Strategy
· Align all activities with client requirements as defined in the SOW.
· Suggest improvements for CM/EM work orders and update project management plans accordingly.
Engineering Delivery
· Support the team in delivering services that meet client standards and business needs.
· Assist in maintenance, calibration, and spare parts strategy planning.
· Propose improvements and cost-saving activities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
· Ensure operations comply with client and JLL policies and processes.
· Obtain necessary training to meet job requirements.
· Execute all assigned Work Orders following best practices and GEP requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or degree holder with at least 4 years of experience in a cleanroom environment facility.
Willingness to work in a team.
Understanding of GMP processes.
