We are working with a mission-driven organization seeking a Partnerships and Development Administrative Coordinator to support their fundraising and partnerships team. This role is perfect for someone who loves keeping things organized, enjoys working behind the scenes to support donor engagement, and has a knack for managing data, calendars, and communication with precision. This is a contract-to-hire position

salary: $28 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain data in team management and fundraising tools; manage the fundraising database, including gift entry, reporting, and ongoing maintenance

Ensure accuracy and consistency of records; reconcile data as needed to support clean reporting

Assist with team budget management, including tracking contributions, processing expense reports, and handling reconciliations

Compose, proofread, and edit a variety of written materials, including acknowledgments, reports, and donor communications

Assist with outreach to prospects and donors (calls, emails, letters), and respond to donor inquiries and information requests

Generate reports and compile information for team presentations and leadership updates

Organize and maintain digital files, contracts, and partnership documentation; manage team files using SharePoint or similar platforms

Coordinate travel logistics across the department

Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting agendas

Collaborate with internal teams—such as Communications, Operations, and Science—on cross-functional projects and events

Work closely with department leadership to implement efficient administrative procedures that improve team operations

Support departmental goals and contribute to the smooth flow of development operations by assisting with related duties as needed
