to support our team and contribute to smooth operations across multiple channels. This position plays a key role in the execution of internal and external events, branch readiness, and expansion into new markets. The ideal candidate is an expert of logistics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting mission-driven work that strengthens community connections. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Coordinate event logistics and readiness, including vendor communications, materials prep, on-site support, and post-event follow-up. Maintain comprehensive schedules for branch events, internal activities, and organizational calendars. Support ITIN processing and documentation to facilitate inclusive financial access. Track production timelines and deliverables to ensure operational efficiency and accountability. Assist in preparing branches and teams for expansion within current markets, including logistics, documentation, and communications. Manage fulfillment and distribution of remote membership kits for outreach, engagement, and retention. Provide flexible administrative support to staff in emerging and new markets as needs arise. Create polished PowerPoint presentations and draft written communications that support internal briefings and external presentations. Process invoices related to sponsorships and community investments, collaborating with accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely payments. Provide overall team administrative support, including scheduling, file organization, note-taking, and internal coordination. Maintain accurate and organized internal records, shared team drives, and documentation systems. Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment across departments and timely updates on logistics and initiatives. Support internal onboarding processes by preparing materials and organizing welcome schedules for new community and strategic partners. Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up communications. Act as a liaison with external vendors and community partners for logistics, contracts, and scheduling. Assist in coordinating marketing or outreach materials in collaboration with the community development team. Maintain office supply inventory, shipping logistics, and other support tools for remote and in-office operations. Help track deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates on cross-functional projects through status reports or shared dashboards. Other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU WILL BRING: Basic Qualifications: Two (2+) years of experience in financial services, administration, financial education, or a related field. Two (2)+ years of college or equivalent experience. Proven ability to work with diverse populations and explain complex financial topics in a relatable and engaging way. Demonstrates a strong passion for helping others achieve financial well-being and literacy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), financial planning software, and other relevant tools. Fluent in both English and Spanish is a requirement for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s Degree. Experience in the banking industry Experience developing and delivering presentations, meeting materials or workshops. Strong ability to work with diverse backgrounds. Working Conditions: This is a hybrid role with work performed remotely as well as in an office and/or branch environment in Washington State. Community events are frequent and require in person presence that may expand throughout Washington State. Team members may attend special off-hour meetings and seminars. The nature of work may include prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Seattle Credit Union supports and invests in our employees.
