About the Role
We're seeking a bold, driven, and strategic Brand Manager to bring our portfolio of premium cigars to life. You’ll own brand storytelling, product launches, and marketing strategy across multiple segments — including Drew Estate Value Brands, the Grab & Go portfolio, and Private Labels. This is a high-impact role where creativity meets accountability, and where every cigar you launch helps build our legacy. You'll plug into a fast-moving team where execution is everything, craftsmanship is celebrated, and the cigar lifestyle is lived daily.
This position is based out of our headquarters located in Miami, FL and requires travel to special events as needed (approximately 30%).
Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution (60%)
Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and go-to-market plans that excite consumers and energize sales teams
Build and maintain a brand activity calendar, product release schedule, and manage budgets accordingly
Drive product development from ideation to shelf — including positioning, packaging, timelines, storytelling, and cross-functional execution
Lead holistic, integrated brand campaigns in collaboration with Digital Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Sales, Trade Marketing, Production, and Legal
Translate market insights into differentiated brand experiences and innovative product offerings
Act as the internal voice and guardian of your brands — ensuring consistency, authenticity, and impact in every touchpoint
Business & Brand Performance (20%)
Monitor and report on brand performance, financial KPIs, and consumer engagement metrics
Manage brand P&Ls and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Business Intelligence on forecasting, ROI analysis, and demand planning
Recommend budget revisions, resource allocation, and optimization strategies based on performance and business needs
Promotional & Event Activation (10%)
Execute marketing communications including digital campaigns, print, social, TV/radio, signage, event collateral, and point-of-sale materials
Support and attend key industry events to maximize brand exposure and connect with core consumers
Coordinate all brand presence at events including planning, setup, and live activation
Consumer & Market Insights (10%)
Stay on top of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activity
Conduct regular market visits and leverage internal and external data sources (SAP, Power BI, etc.) to inform brand strategy
Partner with other brand managers to share intelligence and uncover white space opportunities
Skills & Abilities

Understanding of the full marketing mix
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of staff
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, SAP, and data reporting software such as Power BI
Knowledge of budget and financial reporting, providing analytics
Strong strategic thinker with creative flair and business acumen
Excellent communicator with experience influencing across departments
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and data tools like Power BI
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field preferred
5+ years of brand management or consumer product marketing experience
Proven success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Project management experience a plus
Deep understanding of the premium cigar category — you live the cigar lifestyle and know the landscape, trends, and culture
Must be comfortable working in a smoking environment
Experience in tobacco, spirits, luxury, or lifestyle categories preferred
Spanish language proficiency a plus
