Instructional Designer

The Customer Care team is seeking a dynamic and experienced learning professional who can assume instructional design responsibilities for call center curriculum development, needs assessment, and learner analysis. Reporting into the Director of Support Services, will partner closely with managers in training, operations, sales, and product support to deliver outstanding learning programs that furthers business goals and objectives.
In this role you will get to:
Put the customer at the center of everything you do
Oversee the development and maintenance of the training program curriculum for the Customer Service Call Center operations.
Continuously work with multiple teams across different brands to identify current and future needs and requirements and champion process improvements and new functionality for the flight product.
Design and develop technical training elearning, instructor-led, and skills-based curriculum for virtual delivery globally to call center agents.
Ensure that training courses address all levels of customers in the use of company products/services.
Enhance performance management programs and help drive a culture of learning and self-development.
Design course outlines, gather supporting technical documentation and develop course workbooks and facilitators guides.
Collaborate with engineering to develop specifications for course content.
Assess customer needs for future course development.
Analyze data to identify key issues, trends and opportunities. Translate those findings into an action plan with the aim of improving both Priceline and partner performance
Evaluate training materials, and advocate for improvements or changes.
Serve as subject matter authority for accounts payable purchasing and related accounting system modules
Who you are:
Bachelor’s Degree
2 years of Instructional Design experience in a structured virtual training environment developing eLearning, instructor-led, and skill-building course curriculum
Must become comfortable with agile development methodology and with developing curriculum for training programs that support large global audiences of all tenures and levels.
Strong analytical and proven oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional organizational skills
2 years of experience using eLearning software preferable Articulate tool utilization, video software, as well as HTML, CSS and Java
Knowledge of ADA and WAGs standards with the ability to implement content that meets disability and web requirements in the US and abroad.
Solid understanding of skill based content, testing, knowledge assessment methodology with an ability to build in and survey technology and methodologies
Experience loading and managing courses, and coordinating and tracking organizational training through a Learning Management System, preferably with experience in Litmos

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $60,000- $85,000K USD.
