We are seeking an experienced
Insurance Technology Recruiter
to join our team on a contract basis. This consultant will support high-priority hiring initiatives focused on technical roles within the insurance industry (e.g., product, engineering, data, insurtech operations). You will work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and internal stakeholders to manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of critical positions. Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and product roles across insurtech and digital transformation functions
Develop sourcing strategies and actively engage top talent using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills and insurance industry knowledge
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and refine job requirements
Provide regular reporting on candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and market feedback
Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer, ensuring a high-touch process
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing if needed
Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in insurance and/or insurtech technical recruiting
Proven success placing roles such as: Solutions Architects, Product Managers, Full-Stack Engineers, Claims Technology Analysts, Actuarial Tech, Data Scientists, etc.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Deep understanding of the insurance and/or fintech/insurtech market, talent trends, and compensation benchmarks
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with insurtech platforms or digital transformation projects within insurance carriers or brokers
