Leads network architecture planning, performance optimization, security enforcement, and troubleshooting efforts. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Mentors junior staff and supports continuous network improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy functional networks including LAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, WAN, MAN, and SDN architectures.
Configure and install physical and virtualized network devices such as servers, routers, firewalls, and switches.
Monitor network performance, integrity, and security across cloud and local infrastructures.
Provide Tier 3 support by troubleshooting escalated issues from lower support tiers.
Automate network tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
Manage enterprise wired and wireless infrastructures leveraging MPLS, VLAN, VRFs, and VxLAN technologies.
Apply in-depth knowledge of communication protocols (TCP/IP) and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
Implement and maintain network security and access control models.
Utilize scripting languages like Python and Perl for automation and troubleshooting.
Employ diagnostic and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Splunk.
Work with network operating systems including JUNOS and Cisco IOS.
Exhibit sharp troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP, CCDP, CCIE).

Cisco routers and switches: ASR, Nexus, Catalyst series
Juniper routers, switches, firewalls, and Mist wireless solutions
Palo Alto Networks security products
F5 Networks Viprion load balancers and DNS appliances
