Remodeling Project Manager
Foster Remodeling Solutions, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Remodeling Project Manager with a passion for the remodeling industry. Foster Remodeling seeks candidates with a proven history of successful production coordination for the remodeling process. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, listen to our client's needs, and help bring a multiply project to completion while establishing trust with our clients. The coordinator will work with our in-house architectural designers, estimators, lead carpenters, electricians, and subcontractors to help fulfill our client's remodeling dreams. The project manager will oversee day-to-day field operations, support the construction staff, finish projects on time and budget, coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors while adhering to the company policies and procedures. Maintaining a project schedule and communicating with the clients throughout the construction process is a must.

Foster Remodeling performs most of the construction work in-house and provides a 5-year warranty to the homeowner. FRS has a fully appointed selection center including cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, and tile to provide a one-stop shopping experience.
Project Manager's Responsibilities include:
Coordinate resources, labor, equipment, products, and ordering materials for each project Coordinate and manage project schedule & implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time and within budget with a happy client. Responsible for timely and proactive client communications and customer service Coordinate project field staff, vendors, and subcontractors from start to completion. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of new subcontractors and employees to meet FRS standards. Create and update job schedules foreach project assigned. Manage on-time invoice collection. Warehouse delivery acceptance and inventory management, ability to lift minimum of 50lbs Coordinate and manage the completion of all punch list items. Research and facilitate reducing the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by obtaining competitive bids and negotiating prices. Assist with on-going improvement of policies and procedures for the Production Department. Experience and Qualifications:
High school graduate Some college/trade school preferred Valid driver's license Five years experience in residential production Comfortable with office & construction related technology Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to build job schedules Problem-solving skills and common sense Communications skills, both written and verbal Works well with team members Ability to multi-task Wage Compensation:
Starting salary $60,000- $75,000 Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits:
