VP Project Management Security & Resilience Portfolio 25-00342 Permanent, Direct Hire, Full time position Salary - up to 180K Plus amazing benefits and bonus Hybrid position - work 2 days a week onsite in Iselin NJ AND 3 days remote - candidates should be local to the area No Corp to Corp or 3rd party agencies Note: Selected individual for this position will have core experience centered around managing "Cyber security" or security projects.

As VP of Project Management for the Security & Resilience Portfolio, you will lead and oversee the delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects that drive operational transformation. Partnering with Program Managers and Project Owners, you will define project scope, ensure efficient resource allocation, and foster strong collaboration among diverse stakeholders. You will be accountable for governance adherence, detailed reporting, and successful execution across an evolving security landscape.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

Establish comprehensive project plans through an iterative process of defining business requirements, managing resources, and optimizing environments. Develop business cases for all projects, ensuring measurable benefits and alignment with strategic goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success. Secure leadership buy-in and approvals on business cases, plans, and specifications. Operational Execution

Oversee daily project operations, managing scope, budget, and timelines effectively. Ensure seamless coordination across multiple project teams, maintaining alignment with broader portfolio objectives. Lead project governance, enforcing standards and methodologies to drive efficiency and compliance. Identify, secure, and manage project resources, including internal teams and external consultants. Proactively assess and mitigate risks, addressing issues with timely escalation and resolution. Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting standards for project tracking, ensuring

clarity and accessibility of materials. Project Management & Delivery

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring key milestones are met. Oversee project deliverables, tracking performance across cost, quality, and benefit realization metrics. Monitor and resolve cross-functional challenges that impact project execution. Manage project scope and change control, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and steering boards. Financial Oversight

Track revenue models, project expenditures, and P&L projections to inform financial decisions. Apply data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and ensure cost-effective project delivery. Qualifications & Expertise

Extensive experience leading large-scale Cybersecurity transformation programs in regulated environments. Proven track record of delivering IT change initiatives with budgets exceeding $1M. Strong ability to quantify solution delivery requirements while assessing business impact across existing systems. Expertise in Security frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53 Rev 5, and ISO 27001. Advanced skills in MS Office, MS Project, and project management platforms (PlanView or similar). Strong leadership, communication, and

stakeholder management abilities. Leadership & Influence

Inspire and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Lead by example, instilling ownership and strategic vision across project teams. Drive engagement through matrix management, optimizing cross-functional collaboration. Ensure transparent communication and governance, influencing teams to achieve critical milestones. Certifications

Professional PM accreditation (MSP, PRINCE2, PMI, APM, SIX SIGMA). Significant experience in project management roles with increasing complexity and responsibility.
