Position Purpose:

As an IT Project Manager, you will use interactive push and pull communication to drive and track the lifecycle of projects in the IT Department and adjacent stakeholder groups. You'll be responsible for managing internal and external partners, respond to project inquiries, lead project meetings and ensure project objectives are accomplished. You will lead and oversee projects from conception to completion while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of seniority. You'll be responsible for all project phases, managing resources, and mitigating risks while driving successful delivery and act as a liaison between clinicians, administrators, and IT. This role will be mainly based out of our Brooklyn Health Center, but you will be expected to travel to our other health centers located in Queens, Midtown, and Harlem at an ad-hoc basis.

Position Qualifications: Ability to effectively communicate with, influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, taking account of their levels of influence and interest. Effective and concise communication (both written and verbal) when communicating to staff and vendors of various levels, developing project specifications, identifying issues, and communicating resolutions. Communicate complex information. Large scale project management and governance experience. Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, ability to work to short deadlines. Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly. Supporting and helping to ensure that decisions are made by the right people and based on the right information. Create and support project documentation, including maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring that project documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Continuous improvement of project management practices, including identification of areas for improvement and implementation of changes to improve project delivery. Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done. Proven ability to manage concurrent high-profile IT projects that involve multiple departments or teams across the organization. High competency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio. Driving external engagement to ensure stakeholders such as partners, regulators, and the broader public are informed, engaged, and aligned with the project's vision and progress. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the organization's functions to contribute to achieving the goals of the business. Collaborate with other areas of work, for business-aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategies. Seek out, build, and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to accomplish key business objectives, using influencing and negotiating skills to achieve outcomes. Ability to document complicated business requirements and workflows and develop business requirements documents for new projects and change requests. Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, managing large-scale projects. Background in executive support and project coordination at the C-suite level. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes in a collaborative environment. Strong consultative and communication skills with the ability to present complex information to executive teams and stakeholders. BA/BS in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area. Ability to manage and participate in multiple concurrent projects. Strong knowledge of applicable privacy practices and laws such as HIPAA. Self-driven/motivated, customer service oriented, effective team player. Knowledge of Project Management tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Project is preferred. Proven ability to create and execute communication strategies. PMP and ITIL certification preferred. Background in instructional design is a plus. Working Conditions:
