Job Description: Service Coordinator
Reports to: Service Manager
Position Overview: The Service Coordinator reports directly to the Service Manager. There is a support dotted line to Executive Admin. The Service Coordinator will work directly with the Service Manager and Field Technicians to provide Service coordination and support.
Essential Job Functions:
Answer Service Phone Create, update, and invoice service tickets in Corrigo/Corrigo Pro/Facility Source/and any other service platform Process Service Department payroll weekly through Corrigo Time Cards and JDE in a timely and accurate fashion Coordinate service calls with Service Manager/Director or Project Manager and Service Coordinator when estimates need to be done Assist in collecting outstanding invoices and track accounts receivable Assist in all things Disaster Recovery when an emergency is declared Provide a professionally maintained office environment Process trade permit applications Ensure safety training compliance for everyone in the Service Department Public Notary Additional administrative duties as needed Position Requirements:
High school diploma Excellent communication skills Ability to maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality with sensitive items Positive attitude and the ability to work with and learn from others Computer skills to include: word processing and spreadsheet applications Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers Agility in computer software Skill in organizing and establishing priorities Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly Qualifications that are a plus:
Knowledge of Electrical Service Work Knowledge of JDE Knowledge of Corrigo Experience with Google Suite and or Microsoft Office Project management assistant experience Accounting experience Benefits
