We are looking for a friendly and professional
Bellman
to join our hospitality team. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service by assisting with luggage, transportation, and general inquiries. If you have a warm personality and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with luggage, ensuring safe and efficient transport to and from rooms, vehicles, and storage areas. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Deliver packages and special requests to guest rooms as needed. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas. Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and recommendations courteously and professionally. Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences. Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods. Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
