Business Analyst (IAM)
6+ Months Contract ONSITE - Juno Beach, FL 33408 Primary Duties And Responsibilities
The BA will work with IT compliance analysts and SMEs to help create and execute test scripts, develop documentation, and provide training for the implementation of a new IAM Role Lifecycle Management solution, called the IAM CIP Access Matrix. Post-implementation, the BA will analyze related processes, create additional requirements, and develop and execute testing scripts. Additionally, the BA will assist in developing methods to gather, compare, and assess data integrity within the IAM CIP Access Matrix. Qualifications And Skill Sets
Education: Bachelors degree, preferably in a related field such as information security. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience managing IT process workflows and documentation; familiarity with Identity and Access Management programs is preferred; understanding of NERC CIP Security standards, especially CIP-004, is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel DAX formulas and Power Query, for data analysis and comparison. Experience in data/process analysis to identify issues or anomalies during data migration activities. Personal Skills and Characteristics
Effective written and oral communication skills. Creativity and innovation in improving operational processes. Team player with cooperative attitude. Strong problem-solving skills. Organizational skills to prioritize and monitor progress. Additional Information
