Data Quality Analyst
The Data Quality Analyst manages review and modification/merging of identified account and contact data in Salesforce as well as migration of contacts to ensure accurate account and policy association. This role monitors duplicate account, quote or contact creation via website and internally, as well as analysis/QA of data uploads and ensuring correct territory assignment across departments. This role coordinates identification, review and triage of prospect and customer inquiries via website and other digital channel. Including determination of assignment of customer or prospect flow through Pardot platform to Salesforce, ensuring appropriate department contact assignment and converting prospect sales leads. The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring and review of policy data integration and integrity in Salesforce. Including quality assurance of Salesforce opportunity builds and policy ownership/agent assignment as well as other data integrity. This role is responsible for monitoring and reporting of any integration concerns with other company systems/platforms such as Delphi. This position manages submission activity and workflow of independent agent sales distribution channel in Salesforce. Specific Duties: Perform monthly new business audit and quality assurance for accuracy across multiple systems, keeping management apprised of any recurring QA items. Enter, maintain and track new business opportunities for independent agent channel submission flow in Salesforce. Evaluate blocked submissions and offer timely response to agent inquiries as needed. Verify accuracy and integrity of specified dashboards, scorecards and reports in Salesforce, including but not limited to ensuring accurate lost business tracking and sales pipeline and forecasting. Oversee ownership and territory reassignments of accounts/contacts/opportunities and activities in Salesforce as needed. Manage daily review of inquiries and prospect sales lead assignments and conversion via Pardot. Manage daily review of account duplicate creation via Salesforce dupeblocker. Special projects and other activities as requested by management. Qualifications, Experience Required: 1-2 years' experience working within Salesforce platform with basic knowledge of the different objects within Salesforce (e.g. leads, contacts, accounts, activities and opportunities) and how they interact. Some college preferred. Superior organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 3+ years of sales & customer service QA experience preferred. Familiarity with the insurance industry regarding insurance operations, systems and data a plus.
