Program Coordinator

Soccer Shots RDU is seeking a self-driven, positive, and organized individual with strong communication skills and a passion for children. Join a growing small business dedicated to building Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game. Soccer Shots introduces soccer to children ages 2-8, promoting skill development, teamwork, healthy lifestyles, and character growth. We operate onsite at preschools, daycare centers, and parks throughout the RDU area. We are looking for administrative support in our RDU office. Main Job Responsibilities: Communicating directly with customers via email and phone Updating our registration system with new locations and classes Maintaining back-office software Managing staff schedules and office calendar Invoicing and collections Maintaining the office environment Coaching at multiple assigned locations Essential Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective organizational and administrative skills Ability to pass a Federal and State background check and FBI fingerprinting Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle Passion for Soccer Shots' mission Preferred Qualifications: Some post-secondary education Familiarity with Mac products and OS Previous soccer experience Experience in early childhood education development Document and graphic design skills Compensation: $36,000 per year Apply via Indeed (if you already have a resume on Indeed) Or apply here.
