Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and direct them to the appropriate staff member. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room usage. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front office. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records as needed. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or in related fields will be a plus. Proven work experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines and printers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
