Monday to Friday Hours:
8am to 4:30pm EST Setting:
Hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite) Responsibilities: Leading system and user acceptance testing: test planning, writing test cases, and test execution Identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending appropriate solutions Determining root causes of problems, and defining scope and scale of issues Managing multiple priorities independently and within team settings to achieve project goals Applying change management principles to support process and system transitions Interpreting, synthesizing, and translating large amounts of information for stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Significant experience leading system and User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, writing test cases, and executing tests Experience applying Change Management principles Experience with Azure DevOps Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Advanced skill in identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions Experience managing multiple priorities independently and/or as part of a team to meet objectives Experience leading, guiding, and coaching professional staff Desired Skills: Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Change Management credentials Experience in financial services systems and enterprise implementations
