Corvid's partner organization, Goldbug, is continuing to add to their professional team that supports the prototyping and production of aerospace systems. The Inventory Control Clerk will join the team early in Goldbug's growth stage and be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting routine cycle counts, picking and issuing material to production jobs, and ensuring all transactions are correctly processed in the ERP system. The candidate will use previous experience to ensure material is available and allocated accordingly while providing traceability.

This hands-on position will work closely with the production, procurement and shipping/receiving teams to coordinate material availability and flow. The nature of the products produced at Goldbug will require compliance tasking that will including ITAR, various security requirements and both internal and AS9100 Quality standards. Candidate will also contribute to process improvements and growth for Goldbug.

In addition to these duties, other Responsibilities will include:

Perform inventory transactions and data entry using Deltek Costpoint ERP, including receipts, issues, adjustments, and transfers Developing a picking list and working to issue the materials the production team Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures - as needed investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies (including root cause analysis and appropriate reporting) Maintain accurate inventory locations, labeling, and organization of stock in the appropriate areas Requirements:

Candidate must be a US Citizen and meet eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance Position requires a High School Diploma (or GED) and at least 2 years of experience working a similar role for a manufacturing operation Experience reading and interpreting work orders, bills of materials and related project documentation is required Candidate will be required to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday as needed, including lifting up to 50 pounds Demonstrated experience with inventory control modules within a ERP as well as proficiency with MS Excel (preferred candidate will have Deltek Costpoint experience) About Corvid:
