- 15 Transportation Way, Boston, MA 02128. Schedule: Thursday - Sunday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Responsibilities include: Greeting customers upon arrival. Reminding customers to check for personal belongings and handling found items. Reviewing rental charges and providing receipts. Providing transportation information courteously. Thanking customers and assessing satisfaction. Checking vehicles for damage and directing customers accordingly. Verifying fuel levels and documenting damages or issues. Managing vehicle lot organization and movement. Seeking self-improvement and maintaining punctuality. Performing other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: At least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED. Valid US drivers license. No more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years. No recent drug or alcohol-related convictions. At least 6 months of customer service experience. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
