System Architect
We are seeking a System Architect to lead strategic data initiatives in support of a national security-focused Intelligence Community (IC) agency. This role is responsible for aligning the agency's Service of Common Concern (SOCC) with broader IC data management and mission objectives. The ideal candidate will engage with senior-level executives across multiple federal agencies and apply deep domain knowledge of the IC's data ecosystem, coupled with extensive program management experience in large-scale IT portfolios. Responsibilities: Lead strategic planning and implementation of data and technology initiatives for an IC agency's SOCC Ensure alignment with broader IC mission, data, and system architecture objectives Serve as a primary point of contact for senior executive stakeholders (CDOs, CTOs, CISOs, CIOs) Collaborate across IC organizations to promote enterprise-level coordination and interoperability Manage and guide programmatic efforts across complex IT portfolios Provide expert-level consultation on data architecture and integration strategies Must Have's: ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph Bachelor's degree Minimum of 10 years of program management experience within the Intelligence Community Proven expertise in leading data management or technology initiatives Nice to Have's: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple IC stakeholders Location: Bethesda, Maryland Salary: $150,000 $188,000 Benefits: Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance Personal and Family Sick Time & Company-Paid Holidays Parental Leave Basic Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Personal Development & Learning Opportunities Skills Development & Certifications Employee Referral Program
