Radienz Living is a leading North American manufacturer of home and personal care products, such as unit dose laundry and dish products, facial wipes, and baby wipes. Background: Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Material Handler will be responsible for placing completed material onto a pallet, building, and wrapping the pallets for shipment. The candidate is responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Load finished goods onto pallets according to product specifications Build and stack pallets for shipment in a safe and organized manner Secure completed pallets using clear stretch wrap Report any product damages or inconsistencies to the shift supervisor promptly Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area Support other departments as needed based on production demands
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Prior working knowledge in a manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry, preferred. Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions. Ability to work in various
weather/temperature
conditions to include heat, humidity and cold. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud production environment. Ability to handle continuous movement. Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require working overtime during high demand. Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adherence to defined company policies and procedures, safety rules and SOPs. Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions. Attention to details.
Physical Demands: Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. and move heavy objects. Constant manual dexterity use. Ability to use a hand pallet jack. Required to stand for long period of time. Ability to walk, bend, lift, pull, twist, kneel, and reach with hand and arms for extended periods of time.
Standard working hours are Monday - Friday; 5pm - 1:30am Pay Rate: $16.80
