About Alvarez & Marsal Our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice, with offices across the US, serves upper middle market and large-cap private equity firms, focusing on improving operating results at portfolio companies. Our services include CDD/Strategy, Interim Management, Merger Integration & Carve-outs, HR M&A, IT, Rapid Results, Supply Chain, and CFO Services. Job Description The HR M&A team within PEPI provides practical advice to private equity clients on HR aspects of transactions, focusing on total rewards, talent, and HR operations. Responsibilities include pre-deal due diligence, post-deal merger support, and workforce management activities. Responsibilities Manage online data rooms and prepare request lists Build and manage financial models related to workforce planning and total rewards Coordinate with other practice groups within A&M Draft diligence reports on human capital issues Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR management, actuarial science, economics, business, or related fields 3-6 years of HR consulting experience, with depth in total rewards or M&A projects preferred Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 plus discretionary bonus.
