Role: Senior Consultant ETRM, Allegro

Duration: Full Time

Location: Houston, TX

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred Skills
  • At least 4+ years of experience with the following skills:
  • Work experience in Commodity Trading Business domain (Gas or Power). Good understanding of Trading Deal Lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience gathering & analyzing requirements on Physical & Financial Deal Types (Futures, Options, Swaps), Mark To Market, P&L Reports in Commodity Trading markets.
  • Experience with enterprise ETRM systems such as Allegro, SRA, Openlink, Solarc Right Angle, or equivalent in a commodity business.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise IT environments containing multiple technologies, servers, and logical environments.
  • Proficient in PL/SQL programming in Oracle 11g database.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
  • Ability to apply best practices to ensure quality and accuracy of project deliverables.
  • High self-motivation and strong delivery focus.
  • At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
  • At least 2 years of experience in PL/SQL skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Development, Configuration, solutions evaluation, Validation, and deployment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Planning and coordination skills.
