Senior Network Engineer
to join our team. The role involves developing and delivering new products, conducting market research, creating product plans, and collaborating with marketing, sales, operations, and support teams. Key Responsibilities
Handle technical escalations from Tier 2 support and delegate tasks accordingly. Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to resolve customer issues. Work directly with customers and field technicians via phone, in person, or email. Coordinate with Sales Engineering and Project Managers on upcoming installations. Train field technicians and junior engineers on equipment. Participate in special projects, including hardware/software investigations and large installations. Configure networking equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Handle after-hours calls and escalations as part of an on-call rotation. Review hotel specifications and implement them in the field. Report issues to the L3 Manager promptly. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Experience and Skills
Proficiency with TCP/IP, DHCP, routing, VLANs, and Wi-Fi protocols (802.11x). Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Meraki, and other networking equipment. Knowledge of MS Windows networking, Active Directory, and updates. Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. Team-oriented mindset. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Ability to lead remote installation teams. Perks and Benefits
