HVAC Install CoordinatorJob Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Install Coordinator to oversee and coordinate residential and/or commercial HVAC installation projects. The Install Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, materials and permits are ready, and communication flows smoothly between customers, technicians, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Schedule HVAC installation jobs, ensuring crews and equipment are assigned appropriatelyCoordinate permits, inspections, and material deliveries for each jobCommunicate with customers to confirm appointments, answer questions, and provide updatesTrack job progress and update status in scheduling or CRM softwareWork closely with install managers, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve issues and avoid delaysMaintain accurate records for installations, including equipment, labor hours, and job costsEnsure technicians have necessary job information, documents, and materials before dispatchRespond quickly to last-minute changes, cancellations, or rescheduling needsAssist with follow-ups for inspections, customer satisfaction, and warranty registrationsQualifications:Experience in HVAC, construction scheduling, or project coordination preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficient in dispatching or scheduling software such as Service Titan.Working knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plusAbility to work under pressure and manage shifting prioritiesCustomer service experience in a fast-paced settingExperience coordinating multiple crews or technicians preferredUnderstanding of local permit and inspection processes preferredBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid trainingReferral programVision insurance
