If you're someone who thrives in both the field and shop, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in running things smoothly, this hybrid role could be a perfect fit.What You'll DoConstruction Dispatcher Develop and manage daily and weekly schedules for installation crewsCall clients to confirm installation appointments, coordinate access, and communicate timelinesDispatch and coordinate field crews to ensure on-time and efficient project executionCommunicate with installers throughout the day to handle jobsite issues, delays, or material needsEnsure crews are equipped with the right tools, materials, and instructionsMonitor field progress and provide updates to internal teams and clientsMaintain positive client relationships and address concerns professionallyTrack installer hours, completion forms, and job documentationPromote and monitor jobsite safety and complianceProduction SupportAssist the Production Manager with daily workflow, materials readiness, and team coordinationHelp manage off-site inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and availabilityAssist with material check-ins, verifying shipments and matching POsCoordinate routine fleet and forklift maintenanceHelp maintain facility cleanliness and basic repairs, including coordinating with vendorsSupport purchasing of shop supplies and specialty materialsAssist with inventory management and restocking effortsSupport implementation of the company's safety program and documentationWhat You Bring3+ years of experience in construction/ installation scheduling, production, or field coordinationBackground in construction, field service, or manufacturing preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills-comfortable talking with both clients and crewsExperience managing or dispatching field teams is a major plusAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in both a warehouse and jobsite settingProficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling or inventory software is a bonusForklift driving experience is a plus (certification preferred)Valid driver's license requiredWhy Golterman & Sabo?Employee-Owned - Earn stock in the company through our ESOPStrong Culture - Work with a supportive, collaborative teamLong-Term Opportunity - Be part of a growing company with room to advanceFull Benefits Package:Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany-Paid Life Insurance401(k) PlanPaid Holidays & PTOOwn the Role.
