Audiology Tech (Hilton Head)

Charleston ENT & Allergy is hiring a part-time Audiology Tech to join our growing audiology department. The tech will work under the supervision of Audiologists to deliver services to patients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Verify insurance
• Update patient information in NextGen
• Schedule hearing aid appointments
• Review charts and referrals
• Assist patients with hearing aid pickup and check-ins
• Perform hearing aid repairs and cleanings
• Handle paperwork for purchases, repairs, and returns
• Provide patient education and orientation
• Troubleshoot Bluetooth issues
• Stock supplies and maintain equipment cleanliness

The schedule for this position is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of customer service experience
• Experience in medical office reception preferred
• Good communication and listening skills
• Proficiency with personal computers
