Inventory Specialist (OCC)

The Inventory Specialist oversees total level of inventory in the warehouse and keep precise record/history of transactions during daily operations. Main duties include controlling flow of inbound shipments and supplies, tracking and analyzing inventory transaction, and developing protocols for any discrepancies. Department:

Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (Expected from 6:00AM-4:00PM) (Rotating weekends and overtime may be required) (Schedule is subject to change based on production requirements) Location:

Onsite, Ellabell, GA 31308 (Must have the ability to commute within the neighboring facilities for meetings, events, etc.)

Responsibilities for an Operations (Inventory) Specialist: Tracking and analyzing inventory transaction and report to direct manager. Controlling the flow of inbound shipments and supplies. Identifying any discrepancies or losses at the end of the business operations each week. Manage inventory and shipments via provided system module. Tracking and analyzing inventory transaction-including additional orders (hotshot) and repair Perform weekly/monthly inventory audits. Deliver any additional orders or repairs if needed. Able to lift or move boxes if needed.

Required Qualifications for an Operations (Inventory) Specialist: Bachelor's Degree Warehouse Operation experience Preferred Qualifications for an Operations (Inventory) Specialist: Bachelor's Degree 2 Years of direct job experience Warehouse inventory management experience Detail oriented. Ability to count precisely. Warehouse operations experience is preferred. Familiar with Microsoft Excel. Physical Demands for an Operations (Inventory) Specialist: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to bend, turn, and use peripherals as required to operate equipment safely within company standard operator procedures. Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing up to 50 lbs. Able to work in an indoor/outdoor warehouse environment for 8-hour shifts, and any overtime hours if applicable.

The estimated base salary rate for the Operations (Inventory) Specialist is $55,700-$61,600 an hour.

The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
