Job DescriptionJob Description About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee remodeling projects, new home construction, and commercial builds. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and a proven ability to manage subcontractors and budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate remodeling, new residential, and commercial construction projects Read and interpret construction plans and specifications Execute and track change orders with precision and timelines Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance Monitor project budgets and control costs to meet financial targets Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to ensure timely project completion Identify and resolve project delays or issues proactively Coordinate permitting processes and schedule inspections as required Ensure all work complies with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations Conduct regular site visits and quality control checks Manage project punch lists and final closeouts Act as the primary point of contact for clients; maintain clear, consistent communication Provide regular updates and reports on project status, timelines, and changes Travel to job sites as needed (valid driver’s license required) Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management or a related field Proven track record in residential and commercial construction Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and specifications Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and change orders Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety best practices Valid driver’s license Qualifications: Proficient in construction management software (e.g., OneDrive, Slack, iPhone, Microsoft) is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is a plus First Aid and CPR certified a plus
